    1. Precast Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Panels — Nom 8 in. thick, 2 ft. wide floor panels with cross section similar to above illustration.

    2. Joint — Grouted full length with normal weight concrete.
    3. Reinforcing Steel — No. 3 min rebar used to reinforce normal weight concrete at the joints.
    4. Ring Beam — Used to restrain panels. Normal weight concrete with compressive strength of 3000 psi reinforced with two No. 4 rebar placed at approximate 1/3 and 2/3 depth of the beam.
    5. STC Rating — The STC rating of the 8 in. thick floor panels is 51. The STC rating of the 8 in. floor panels with a plaster finish on the ceiling side is 50. The STC rating on the 8 in. floor panels, plaster finish on the ceiling and carpeting on top of the floor panels is 50.
    6. IIC Rating — The IIC rating of the 8 in. thick floor panels is 28. The IIC rating of the 8 in. floor panels with a plaster finish on the ceiling side is 28. The IIC rating on the 8 in. floor panels, plaster finish on the ceiling and carpeting on top of the floor panels is 70.
